Bridgette Bennett [Principal Interior Designer & Founder at Bennett Design Company] As Founder and Principal Designer, Bridgette run the firm's day-to-day operations and manage a team of Designers on various residential interior projects. She's the leadership both internally and externally for contractors and showroom partners to ensure we meet our client's high expectations each day. Bridgette is a Middle Tennessee State University graduate and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design. Also a Certified Interior Designer (CID) (#6975) and an Allied ASID member. The company been honored to earn Design Awards from NKBA and NARI in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022.

Gina Varela-Domenichini [Co-Founder of Studio 38 Designs] made the leap from corporate global marketing to co-founding Studio 38 Designs residential interior design firm, with her husband Dave of D. R. Domenichini Construction, in Morgan Hill just three years ago. Studio 38 Designs has already received accolades for their residential kitchen and bath designs and has been recognized with several local and regional NARI awards. Studio 38 Designs was voted by Morgan Hill Times readers as the “Best Interior Design” firm in 2021 and 2022. Outside of work Gina is devoted to family, fur babies, biking and hiking. She channels her community service work through Rotary Club of Morgan Hill. A takeaway from Gina: If you have the want and desire to reinvent yourself, it is never too late. Starting a second career is both challenging and rewarding, but in the end, if you don’t take a chance you will not know your full potential to succeed. So take a chance!

Bella Babot [General Manager/ Director of Earth Bound Homes] started her career in high tech as Global Director of HR/ Mergers and Acquisitions for a European Company - Xyratex International, LTD, where she lead an international team. Years of global travel eventually took its tole and she decided to semi-retire and work part-time as a consultant. In 2020 Bella went to work for Earth Bound Homes whose focus is sustainable building through science. She is also the co-founder of the Bay Area Building Science Collaborative, a local monthly educational series for builders, architects, tradespeople, engineers and homeowners. When she's not working Bella focuses on philanthropy; organizations that support women, children, animals and the arts. She co-founded "Cocktails and Couture" a women-focused fundraiser benefiting the San Francisco 49ers Academy raising over $1 million since 2013; she has held board positions with the Museum of Art and History, Bridging the Gap Africa, Pregnant Mare Rescue Foundation, and others. She is an avid reader, hiker, cyclist, oenophile (for fun) with a love of travel, entertaining and first and foremost time with her family, friends and her two rescue pups, Cooper and Bailey. A take away from Bella: Leadership is hard to define, and great leadership even more so, but if you are able to get people to believe in you, and follow you to the ends of the earth, you are that rare great leader. Be the magic; inspire, connect, teach and empower those around you. Don't compete and don't control. If you allow your team to be the unique individuals they are, they will blossom. And so will your company.
