IMPT EVENT NOTE: we will follow these COVID19 Public Health Safety Measures for this indoor event*:

1) Attendees will be spaced out at a banquet table with 8 people max [normally seats 10 people]. 

2) Per an honor system, attendees understand that by attending this event they are either fully vaccinated or will have a negative COVID-19 test result (testing done 72 hours max before the event). Only a temperature check and COVID-19 wellness questions will be asked at the registration check-in table before entry into the banquet room.

3) Per the Santa Clara County Public Health Order, unless a medical or safety exemption, all attendees regardless of vaccination status will need to wear a fitted face mask at all times unless actively eating, drinking, or speaking at the podium. *this is our chapter's first 2021 solely indoor event that is planned for 4.5 hours unlike our previous 2021 events that were a combination of indoors & outdoors with at most an indoor congregation of all attendees for up to 30-minutes for announcements & door prize giveaways.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: If there are registration fees, you may cancel up to 1 week before the meeting begins and request to receive a full refund or have credit applied for a future meeting (except Meta Gala) in the same year. No shows or same-day cancellations will not receive a refund.
